How to exchange and return?

RETURNS

  • 100% money back guarantee if you don’t like your item within 30 days of receiving your item. 
  • The product must not have of been used and return with any labels that accompanied it. 
  • We are not responsible for any costs and changes associated with returning your order.
  • Please note we do not accept refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

  • Check that your items qualify for returns. Earrings are not refundable.
  • Please fill out our returns slip located here: https://tracking.controlport.co.uk/e9ab6870/1274/return/ee45ab 
  • Once you have filled out the form you will be provided with a returns slip which includes important information for our returns department to be able to refund your item as quickly as possible.
  • If you do not have a printer please write all the information on the form on the parcel.
  • We recommend sending parcels recorded delivery, all returns must have a proof of postage. This helps if parcels go missing.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We do our best to process returns within 14 working days. If you require your exchange sooner, please email info@dlouise.co.uk and our customer service will be able to help you.
  • It will take between 3-5 working days for this transition to be authorised by your bank and for your funds to appear in your account.
  • The overall processing period for refunds is up to 60 working days. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
